What is the NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government program providing funding for people with disability to access supports and services that improve:

Who is Eligible for the NDIS?
You may be eligible if you:
- Are between 9 and 65 years of age
- Live in Australia and are:
- an Australian citizen, or
- a Protected Special Category Visa holder
- Have a permanent or significant disability
- Need support with daily living, communication, mobility, learning, or social participation

How to Access NDIS Funding
The process generally includes:
- Check eligibility (age, residency, disability requirements)
- Gather supporting evidence from medical or allied health professionals
- Submit an NDIS access request
- Receive an eligibility decision
- Attend an NDIS planning meeting
- Receive your NDIS plan and begin supports

Support Coordination (SC)
Support Coordination is funded under “Assistance in Coordinating or Managing Life Stages, Transitions and Supports.”
We provide SC up to Level 2, including:
- Support Connection – helping you link with providers and access services
- Coordination of Supports – assisting with more complex arrangements
Support Coordination helps participants:
- Organise and manage supports and services
- Connect with the right providers and community programs
- Handle plan transactions and bookings
- Problem-solve issues with providers
- Build skills to manage their plan independently
